Operating Principle |

A short conveyor belt envelopes the Magnetic Roll and a tensioning Ideal Roll. A Suitable Feeder discharges material on the Belt. The Ferrous Material adhere to the Belt while the non Ferrous Material flow freely off the end of the conveyor. |

Magnetic Rolls are available in various diameters & widths, they are normally manufactured as per requirement to suit every customer's need. In three different Magnetic Strengths 8,000 Gauss, 20,000 Gauss and 22,000 Gauss. A 0.5 HP, variable speed DC/AC Geared Motor drive adjustable from 0 to 100 RPM Drives the Roll. Vibratory Feeder with Controls provided for Feeding. Abrasion resistant endless conveyor Belts with thickness of 0.8mm is provided for the Machine. |
